Pausa works the moment you open it. We do not ask you to create an account or provide a name, email address, or phone number to use the app.

Your reflections, pause history, insights, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not upload this information to our servers, and we cannot read it.

Pausa uses Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to present a calm pause before the apps you select. Because of how this framework is designed by Apple, the specific apps and categories you choose are handled privately on your device and are not visible to us.

Pausa contains no third-party advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics that follow you across apps or the web. We do not sell or share personal information, because we don’t collect it.

If you email us at pausaapp.official@gmail.com, we’ll have whatever you choose to include in that message. We use it only to reply and help, and we don’t add you to any mailing list.

Pausa is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Because Pausa’s privacy approach is core to the product, we intend to keep it as simple and protective as it is today.
