Getting started

Choose the apps that pull you in, and Pausa appears before you open them. Your first pause takes less than a minute to set up.

Pausa asks for Screen Time (Family Controls) access so it can gently pause the apps you pick. You can review or change this anytime in iOS Settings.

Start a distraction-free session for deep work or study from the app, and end it early whenever you need to.

Your pauses, streaks, and calmest hours live in Insights. Everything is stored privately on your device.

No account, no tracking. Your data stays on your iPhone. Read our privacy promise for the full picture.

If a pause didn't appear or a setting won't stick, a quick restart of Pausa usually helps. Still stuck? Reach out.
