Pausa is an iPhone app that adds a calm, mindful pause before the apps you choose. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing. Please use it lawfully and don’t attempt to interfere with or misuse the app or its underlying services.

Pausa is designed to make distracting habits visible and a little more deliberate — not impossible. There is always an option to continue (“Open Anyway”), and you can adjust or turn off Pausa in the app and in iOS Settings at any time. Pausa is a supportive tool, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Pausa is free to use, and every core mindfulness feature — the calm pause before distracting apps, focus sessions, reflections, and gentle insights — stays free forever. Pausa Premium is an optional subscription for people who want more depth. It currently includes:

• Advanced Insights
• Weekly and monthly trends
• Historical progress
• Access to future Premium features as they’re released

Premium adds more to see. It never changes what’s free.

Pausa Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID:

• Monthly — ₹199/month
• Yearly — ₹1,299/year

Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Pricing may vary by country or region, as set by Apple.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account once you confirm a purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• If you’ve subscribed before, you can restore your purchase anytime from within the app.

Pausa relies on Apple’s Family Controls and Screen Time technologies. Its behavior depends on these frameworks and on iOS, which are provided by Apple and outside our control.

We may update Pausa to improve it, fix issues, or keep it compatible with new versions of iOS. Features may change over time. We’ll always aim to keep the experience calm, private, and true to the product.

Pausa is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to make Pausa reliable, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Pausa and its makers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
